OBTAIN A REPEAT PRESCRIPTION?

If your doctor has decided you need regular medicines and do not need to be seen each time, you can order them by:

1. Online access please click here. To use this service you will need to register at reception.

2. Filling in the repeat prescription slip given to you each time you receive your medicines. The slips can be delivered by hand, post or fax. If you require your repeat prescriptions to be returned to you by post please enclose a stamped addressed envelope.

3. Telephoning 01327 340212 between 11.30am and 3.00pm Monday to Friday and following the instructions.

4. Faxing your request to 01327 349728.
Please allow two working days before you collect your medicine and one working day to collect a prescription (non-dispensing).

SystmOnline - the system to book doctors' appointments and order prescriptions online is now available.

If you are an existing user when you log on you will be prompted for a User Name which will be your existing 4 digit EmisAccess ID number followed by an Underscore followed by our Practice ID(1060) i.e. 1234_1060.

Your password will remain the same as it was for EmisAccess.

If you would like to register as a new user, please ask at the Reception Desk in the surgery.
