REVIEW OF PATIENT SURVEY RESULTS AND FEEDBACK

We looked at the 2005/6 and 2006/7 results. Patients agreed that the service provided by this surgery was excellent.

The group then went on to discuss comments made in the survey and to see if there were any common themes.

The group agreed to look further at the following areas:

1: Improvements for people with hearing difficulties
2: Car Parking
3: Disabled Access
4: Repeat Prescriptions
5: Health Visitors
6: Newsletter/website notice board
